Information from the schools, organizations, and facilities we photograph — such as student rosters, class lists, and contact information provided to us by a school or organization so that we can fulfill our services.
Information collected automatically — basic usage and device data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) collected through our website and analytics tools to help us operate and improve the site.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information only for legitimate business purposes, including to:
Provide our photography services and fulfill, produce, and deliver the photos and photo products you order;

We do not knowingly use children's information for marketing or sell it to third parties.

5. SMS / Text Message Communications
Valley View Portraits LLC offers SMS (text message) notifications to customers who choose to receive them. The following terms apply to our SMS program:
Consent and opt-in. We collect mobile phone numbers only when you voluntarily provide them and expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Valley View Portraits LLC. Providing a mobile number is optional and is never required to purchase from us or use our services.
