Valley View Portraits provides school and volume photography services in the Shenandoah Valley, Virginia, including picture days, photo capture, and the sale of digital images and physical photo products. By placing an order through our online shop, you agree to pay the listed price for the products or services you select, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges. Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment provider. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
4. Pricing and Availability
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing or product error affecting your order, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm the corrected order or cancel it.

Physical products are produced and shipped after your order is confirmed. Estimated production and delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information provided by you, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Use of Images and Intellectual Property
All photographs produced by Valley View Portraits, and all content on our website, are the intellectual property of Valley View Portraits LLC and are protected by applicable copyright laws. When you purchase digital images, you are granted a personal, non-commercial license to print and share those images for personal use. You may not resell, sublicense, or use purchased images for commercial purposes without our written permission. Valley View Portraits retains ownership of all original photographs.
7. School and Minor Photography
Our services frequently involve photographing students and minors at the request of schools and organizations. We handle student information and images with care and in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. Orders and account communications involving a minor are directed to the parent, guardian, or authorizing school or organization. If you are a parent or guardian with questions or requests regarding your child's images or information, please contact us at info@vvpva.com.
8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a physical product due to a defect or production error, please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order, and we will work with you to correct the issue. Because images are personalized, refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered.
